Initially I loved these when I tried them on and I would give them 5 stars BUT I then realized a few things.... There is zero support and you feel everything when you're walking, and I just use them for around town use. They stretch out a lot, they stain socks brown, and your feet hurt after walking around about an hour. I would say stay away from these.
